Join our tutor Gwin and learn to build and decorate a slab built vase – then give it your own twist!
Construct your vase using slabs (rolled sheets of clay), formers and joining methods then add your own shaping and decorative ideas with cutting, manipulation, stamps, textures and coloured slip.
This listing is for the morning session – running from 9.45am until 12.15pm on the 25th April.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
All materials included.
Your work will need to be left at the studio for firing and will be available to collect approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the session.
